I’m a Canadian graphic designer based on Vancouver Island. I’ve been designing for over 15 years and love to learn and experiment with design in creative ways.

My passion for design is primarily in the idea generation and brainstorming phase of a new project. I love building a concept from nothing and seeing what it can become. I also enjoy crafting polished, precise works of print and web design, in addition to experimenting with design software to create unique visuals.

My Design Experience

Previously, I worked as the design manager at BroadbandTV Corp, an award winning media & technology company based out of Vancouver. Here, I worked on brand & campaign development, social media initiatives, and created custom graphics for YouTube content creators.

Before that, I worked at a small boutique marketing firm in Toronto. My position there as Art Director involved advertising concept design, website concept/design, video editing, and print production.

Going back even further, I worked as Art Director at Homes & Living Magazine where I was responsible for the organization, structure and design for the entire magazine. I also oversaw designs for H&L’s sister marketing company. Through this, I created corporate identities, branding packages and direct-mail pieces for some of the most prominent companies on Central Vancouver Island.

YouTube Designing

I currently run a graphic design YouTube channel where I create speed art, tutorials, and design industry content. My YouTube channel is a really fun project for me to experiment with different design techniques and software. It also lets me share my knowledge with other designers, which I really enjoy.
